Rats. Screwy old misformed HTML got lost in the current GUI editor here. A few items missing from pre-2012.

Outlook 2007 + Windows 7 issues? Try running it as an Administrator (see shortcut properties).

Pre-Outlook 2010, the auto suggest of email recipients is stored in an "NK2" file - easier to use this Nirsoft utilty to open the list - good for removing bum records that got created inadvertantly - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/outlook_nk2_edit.html

XP: the cache is usually located at %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files - this is hidden and system

Migration Utility: MailStore (actually meant for archiving emails, IIRC) - connects to Outlook through some API (i.e. it does not open PST files independently)

Address book: Outlook 2007 and previous - Tools-> Address Book. Newer Outlook: Address Book icon on the right side of the Home tab in the Ribbon.
