Edit Outlook HTML
It doesn\'t look like there is an easy way to edit the HTML of a message in Outlook.
I\'ve found a work around to editing the HTML here: http://www.bobjanes.com/modules/xoopsfaq/index.php?cat_id=4.
The gist, is as follows:
- view the source of the email
- save it to an html file
- edit in HTML editor (e.g. notepad)
- save changes
- in Outlook: Insert -> Insert File -> the .html file
- DO NOT HIT ENTER OR SELECT INSERT - at the bottom right, select "Insert as Text" from the drop down button.
Some more ideas from slipstick.com - mostly involve using MS Word to do the editing.

The free Mozilla Mail program looks better and better all the time... I can\'t believe I just spent 20 minutes trying to put a decent looking table into an Outlook email.
