Workaround on XP SP2 - MSKB 837150

This MSKB document is great for developers, not so great for end-users who will have a lot of trouble getting updated packages to get their programs working on an XP SP2 (or 2003) machine.

The error in question is:

The Office System Pack cannot be installed on this system because it requires Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 6 or later.

My workaround, based on the contents of http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=837150 is to find a copy of the two required files, Dbmadsn.dll and Dbmsvinn.dll, from a pre XP SP2 machine and copy them into \Windows\System32.

It works.
