Close Windows Program from Batch File

Unlike kill.exe from the Windows Resource Kit and pskill.exe from SysInternals (now part of MS), this little tool, "close" will attempt to gracefully close a program. It's command line driven, so it's suitable for batches and scripts.

This makes it safer for data in many situations.  It is more-or-less like clicking the "x" button to close a program, thus applications like Word or Excel will prompt to save changes.
