Transparent Language Inc - Language Now 8 and Limited Windows XP Account

I had a little trouble getting LanguageNow 8 (Mandarin) working under windows XP for a limited account.  The fix was one or both of the following (I did both at the same time so I don\'t know if both are required...) :

- Give full access to the regular users for these keys in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Transparent Language, Inc.\\ChineseNow!\\8.0

- and full access to the files in C:\\Program Files\\TLI.
