E-smith is a Linux distribution that is targeted towards the SME (or in my case, advanced home) server market. I have used it at home since version 3!
It is really easy to setup, and configuration is reasonably integrated. Contains samba, mail, apache, NAT abilities, and other stuff. Great! Seriously. http://www.e-smith.com
Update: since the writing of this Scribble, e-smith was purchased by Mitel, and now it appears to have been released back to the community. It now exists at http://contribs.org
