Some notes on RAW photo handling.

• Free mangler: http://www.rawtherapee.com/?mitem=1
• Irfanview 4.xx w/plugin can read them... I'm not sure if it'll handle the color profiles properly or not.
• Gimp - using this plugin is supposed to handle RAW, with profile support http://ufraw.sourceforge.net/Colors.html
• Adobe offers the free, as in beer, Digital Negative Convertor, to handle hundreds of camera RAW formats to save them as DNG files - http://www.adobe.com/products/dng/index.html.  GIMP can open .DNG.
