I tested and removed a 3rd party contact manager for my Windows Mobile PDA, "pocketcm".  I don't think I ever got it working.

Anyway, when I uninstalled, it didn't clean up the registry value for the contacts link.

This key:

HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Shell\Rai - MSCONTACTS

The proper value for key 1 is:
1 :MSPOUTLOOK contacts

It was:
1 "\windows\pocketcm.exe"
