Force Shutdown by Default Windows XP

It's highly annoying to have programs prevent a reboot of Windows.  Especially if you're doing it remotely by VNC or RDP or similar.

Outlook and your stupid deleted items dialog? I'm looking at you. You too Firefox and your "multiple tabs" warning.

The fix to enable "force shutdown" for all users is:

HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop\AutoEndTasks
