FreeProxy (Windows):

This is a nag-free proxy program, "FreeProxy". Primarily for sharing a web connection. But useful for other stuff. This beats buying a license to cybernanny (or other web browsing monitoring software).
Setup notes:
- For some reason 127.0.0.1 didn't work, nor did "localhost". I had to use the LAN IP in the IE proxy server settings, 192.168.xx.xx
