An IE PNG Alpha Transparency Hack / Fix / Workaround for Windows IE 5.5+.

I vow never to use .GIF transparency again. Nor will I be satisfied with index mode transparency. It's not worth the effort (and maintenance!)

This is yet another of those stupid things we do on the web because we must.

It works around portable network graphic (png) transparencies, min-height css problems and other IE standards issues.
