Change XP IIS to maximum 40 connections:
  C:\inetpub\adminscripts\
  cscript adsutil.vbs set w3svc/MaxConnections 40
  iisreset

 

Default log locations:
- %SystemDrive%\inetpub\logs\LogFiles
- WINDOWS\system32\Logfiles\W3SVC1
