This free utility will create an html web page that will list and preview all of the installed fonts (in Windows). A great, quick, simple font tool.

Update: I've used this exclusively for font previews for a couple years now. Note that this creates an HTML file in your My Documents (default) folder. You have to open that file manually, though, IIRC, it used to open automatically when I had something else as my default web browser.
