Hybrid image and CSS buttons

I hate buttons on websites.  You want graphical buttons to make things look nice, but it's a royal pain to create and maintain them. 

This article covers a hybrid approach that combines CSS and image files to make the buttons.  Easy to change the text, easy to add new buttons, etc.
