Saving Videos from the Web

UPDATE 2024-01 - Did not seem to work: Used tomp3.cc to capture from YouTube in 2023-02.

Used https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp - has Windows binaries for YouTube and a Vimeo video.

Vimeo came as 2 MP4 files, one video one audio. To recombine?

Some notes on saving Flash videos from the web from many sites.

Generally:

Firefox - go to "about:cache" to get the temporary folder location.

Use Hobocopy to copy the biggest file, which is probably the Flash FLV with a .tmp filename.
