Serial port keyboard wedge program

For stuff like rs 232 barcode scanners - somehow this thing monitors the serial port and then pushes the barcodes through the windows keyboard api. This is handy if you are not using a PS2 keyboard wedge thingy.  Or on a laptop that doesn't really work properly with handheld barcode scanners. 

But for new purchases, please just get USB.
