Fedora Core 2 - Minimum Download for Installation

I was successful in installing Fedora Core 2 with ONLY the first CD iso.

With the only first CD image, a "Minimal" install was installed with no problems or errors.

Next, use Yum to install KDM or KOffice. That will pull down a couple hundred megs of whatever is needed to get X up and running.
(e.g. "Yum install KDM")

I don\'t understand why they don\'t make this little bit of info easier to find! Why make people download 4 CD\'s? Most of the stuff on the disks will never get installed anyway! And even if you do need it, it will likely be out of date, and require a fresh download anyway.
