Hide Email Address in Exchange

Open your SBS Admin Console and go to AD Users and Computers. Go to View >
Advanced Features. Then double click on your Users folder and double click a
user account that you would like to hide the email address of. Go to the
Exchange Advanced tab and there is a checkbox for "Hide from Exchange
address lists".
