  The company makes it's money doing incorporation and other legal work, so their examples are just promotional for them.
• Another good source for samples of legal documents and other forms - warning, the most popular items are not free:

• A good search term to use for finding a sample credit check authorization form is: credit check consent
• DIY legal site launced in BC: http://www.mylawbc.com/
• LegalContracts.com - not free, but cheap enough - I have seen this used
