Create Picture CD for DVD Players

Ulead (http://www.ulead.com) has a good tool for creating what amounts to VCDs (or SVCDs) that have soundtracks and pictures. Great for sharing digital photos with people who aren\'t particularly computer savvy.

Update:

My little web co. has put together a little site about working with digital photos. One article covers a similar, cheaper, Canadian written, program to create VCDs of photos.

Note:
Neither of these products produce "Kodak Picture CD"s. That is a proprietary format (i.e. no one will bother to license the format) that will probably become irrelevant for all but a few niche markets.
