Mount CD ISO in Windows

Daemon tools is a utility that let's one mount cdrom iso images as 'drives' in Windows. The new versions of Daemon contain spyware, I think.  So I no longer recommend it unless you have an old version.

SlySoft's Virtual CloneDrive appears to be spyware free.

Microsoft has a free, unsupported utility. It's small.  No spyware.  Install is a bit weird. Works.

Search for: winxpvirtualcdcontrolpanel_21.exe




Apparently 7-zip will open ISO files for reading.
