MalwareBytes has a (beta) scanner - I don't think it's bootable, I think it runs at boot, pre-Windows - https://www.malwarebytes.org/antirootkit/
MS has dropped XP support for the bootable version of Windows Defender.
Kaspersky's free Rescue CD. Bonus, it has a registry editor?
