Yes. These can be dried. The internet suggests in a low temperature oven. I just dried them in front of the forced air furnace. I suspect you could also set them out in the sun in summer.
Years ago I got bulk cheap dessicant in the form of clear cat litter (I forget the chemical name).
Random tests (unknown how saturated the pellets were before hand):
Package 1 - 27 grams initially, down to 20 grams after a few days in front of heat.
Package 2 - 80 grams, ending at 70 grams.
Package 3 - 98 grams, ending at 89 grams (NOTE: skewed by the container of unknown weight that I neglected to record)
